In 2002, Gailor & Associates, PLLC admitted a new member, Kimberly Wallis. Kim joined the firm in 1996 following her clerkship for the Honorable Ralph A. Walker of the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Kim’s practice concentrates heavily in the litigation of complex custody and equitable distribution cases. She also heads the firm’s appellate advocacy group. Kim has successfully represented many clients in domestic cases before the N.C. Court of Appeals. She has expanded her areas of concentration to include adoption cases. Kim received her B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science from North Carolina State University in 1991 and her J.D. from Wake Forest University in 1995.
