Arbitration Services

Carole Gailor is an arbitrator certified by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers in family law arbitrations. Carole has been appointed as arbitrator by the courts and at the request of lawyers representing opposing litigants. Carole’s knowledge of the law, 30 years of experience and particular expertise in the field of business valuation makes her an exceptionally well qualified arbitrator capable of fairly resolving the most complex of cases.

Mediation Services

Carole Gailor, Nicole Taylor and Stephanie Jenkins are all certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission as Family Financial Mediators. Carole, Nicole and Stephanie have extensive experience in family law cases including spousal support and child support issues as well as the distribution of property and thus are able to evaluate the parties’ respective claims, facilitate the parties’ understanding of their spouse’s position and thus compromise resulting in settlement. Carole, Nicole or Stephanie are available to act as mediators in any domestic dispute.
