Nicole has been a litigator since 1996. She joined Gailor, Wallis & Hunt in 2006. Until 2006 Nicole was a litigation partner for several years with her prior firm, where she handled complex cases in both state and federal courts including divorce and business disputes. Her practice is now concentrated primarily in the area of complex equitable distribution litigation. Nicole is also a Certified Mediator for Family Financial Cases and has been a guest speaker and has written materials for several continuing legal education programs including the North Carolina Family Law Bar annual conference.
Nicole graduated magna cum laude from East Carolina University in 1992 with a B.A. in Political Science, and she received her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1996. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar, the Wake County Bar and the American Bar Association.
